Not the right fit? No worries — we make returns and exchanges easy.
How It Works
1 Start Your Return
Email us at returns@birdiebound.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
2 Ship It Back
We'll send you a prepaid return label. Pack up the item(s) in their original condition and drop them off at any shipping location.
3 We Process It
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
4 You're All Set
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Exchanges ship out as soon as we have them ready.
Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Sale items are eligible for exchange only (no refunds on final sale).
- Return shipping is free for all U.S. orders.
- International returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
- Need a different size or color? We'll swap it at no extra cost.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund.
- Exchange orders typically ship within 2–3 business days of receiving your return.
